CREATIVE JOURNALING, GUIDANCE AND CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

After facing anxiety, burnout, and depression, I often felt trapped and hopeless. Therapy helped at times, but not always — finding the right support was a journey of trial and error. To express my feelings, I began drawing in small notebooks, giving form to my emotions. Encouraged by my psychologist and life coach, I created a comic about my fears and eventually my colouring book, You Are Not Alone.

Sharing my work at exhibitions, online, and through freelance illustration for a mental health magazine became part of my journey — helping me work through fear, self-esteem challenges, and step into my artistic confidence. Alongside art, I explored courses, reading, and spirituality, learning that recovery is not linear — it takes time, patience, and self-understanding.

With this experience, I now guide others on their journey. Whether through creative healing sessions, conversations, or inspiration, I can support you in finding your own light — one step at a time.

Sessions are available 1-on-1 or in groups in or around Tervuren, Belgium, or on location. I can offer guidance in Dutch, French, or English.
